Occupied: You must be an approved first in line applicant to schedule a viewing.

Vacant/Ready for Move-In: Keys may be checked out from our office before 3:30 PM Monday - Friday and returned same day before 4:30 PM. A photo ID must be kept at our office while keys are checked out. Call office prior to confirm keys are available.  

THINGS TO KNOW…

  • Move-In Date? The date vacating is not the move-in date. It is the date the current tenant is scheduled to turn in the keys. It is our goal to get the unit ready for move-in as quickly as possible.

  • Pets? If in the description section it says some pets considered, the owner will allow some pets at the property. Please contact our office for specifics or more information. NO PETS MEANS NO PETS are allowed at the property. If pets are allowed at the property, there will be an additional refundable deposit for each pet.

  • RSD = Refundable Security Deposit

  • ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING
