• Prior to submitting an application, read through application requirements and rental criteria.

• Only complete applications will be accepted. Submit all the supporting documents at the same time as the rental application. This includes completed applications and photo IDs from all roommates submitted at the same time.

• Cosigners can send their cosigner application and proof of income directly to PPM. However, please make sure the rental application is already turned into our office before emailing/faxing documents.

• Due to COVID, applications can now be completed electronically using DocuSign or a similar program.

• Applications can only be submitted for one unit at a time, but can be transferred to different units as needed.

• Applications can be placed in our secure drop slot, mailed, faxed, or emailed to our office. If emailed, please send as a PDF.

• The screening process takes approximately 3-5 days.

• Only first in line, approved applicants are able to view occupied units. 

• Completed applications are good for up to two months
